These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the isport3 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
By accessing, registering an account with, or otherwise using the isport3 platform (accessible at isport3.org and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains, collectively the "Platform"), you ("the Member", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") in their entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and isport3 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Use of the isport3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are:
isport3 enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Where evidence emerges that a Member does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out herein, isport3 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all Wagers, and return deposits at its sole discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the isport3 Platform. The existence of duplicate or linked accounts constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances across all associated Accounts.
During registration, Members are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address. Members must promptly update their account details if any information changes.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. isport3 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from the Member's failure to safeguard their credentials. Members are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available within the account security settings.
isport3 may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a Member to complete KYC verification procedures. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable time frame specified by isport3 may result in Account restrictions including the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
All financial transactions on the isport3 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). isport3 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank), and other methods as may be added or removed at isport3's discretion.
Deposits are credited to the Member's Wallet Balance upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. isport3 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
isport3 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, for which isport3 accepts no responsibility.
All Wagers placed through the isport3 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Crash Games), as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the applicable Wager.
isport3 reserves the right to void any Wager where:
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Wagers and are displayed at the point of bet placement. isport3 may adjust these limits at any time and may impose individual Account-level restrictions in the event of suspected irregular wagering activity.
isport3 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, qualifying game restrictions, wagering requirements, and expiry dates.
Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Wallet Balance. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are credited as Bonus Funds until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied, at which point qualifying amounts are released to the real-money Wallet Balance.
isport3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or misrepresentation — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in forfeiture of all associated funds and Account termination.
Members must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the isport3 Platform:
Breach of any of the foregoing prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
All content on the isport3 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of isport3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
Members must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of isport3.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, isport3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
isport3's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
isport3 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events.
isport3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its Malaysian player base. The Platform provides the following player-controlled tools accessible from within the logged-in Account settings:
Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to activate self-exclusion tools immediately and seek assistance from appropriate support organisations. All responsible gaming tools operate independently of isport3 customer support and can be activated at any time without prior notice.
The 21+ age restriction is enforced through KYC identity verification. isport3 does not knowingly permit access to or continued use of the Platform by individuals who are under 21 years of age.
isport3 may suspend or terminate a Member's Account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:
Upon termination for cause, isport3 reserves the right to withhold any Wallet Balance pending investigation. Upon termination not attributable to Member breach, any real-money Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) shall be returned to the Member via the original deposit method where practicable, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting isport3 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time frame, subject to the settlement of any open Wagers.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which isport3 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through isport3's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body as notified by isport3.
Members acknowledge that, to the extent permissible under applicable law, they waive any right to participate in class action proceedings in connection with any dispute arising from their use of the isport3 Platform.
isport3 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where practicable, isport3 will provide Members with reasonable advance notice of material changes via the email address registered to their Account or by posting a notice on the Platform.
The date of the most recent revision to this Agreement is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. Members who do not accept an amendment should cease use of the Platform and contact support to close their Account.
